Office Service Manager

Job description

As our Office Service Manager, you are responsible for most practical tasks that make our office run smoothly.

Tasks will include:

  • Being responsible for our lunch arrangement incl. ordering and daily pickup and clearing
  • Daily cleaning of restrooms and kitchen area
  • Various purchases
  • General cleaning and organization of the two office floors
  • Ongoing ad-hoc tasks incl. laundry, recycling, mailing of packages etc.
  • Assisting with various plastic sorting tasks

Profile

We are looking for an Office Service Manager who is responsible and flexible and who has the drive to take the initiative where it is needed. It is essential that you are proactive, can maintain an overview of your tasks and of the office floors, and thrives on varied tasks.

There will be plenty of room to shape the position yourself, so if you have a personal interest in communication, graphic design, administration, or something completely different, there will be an opportunity to try your hand at it. It is also a prerequisite that you have a driving license B.

The position is 25-30 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours during busy periods.
